Privacy Policy

Understand the data associated with your request, how it is used, your rights and how to contact us about your privacy.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Who We Are and the Scope of This Policy

Rekaz Al Nizam Law Firm and Legal Consultancy is responsible for the data you provide through its website and related contact requests. This policy explains the processing of website visitors’ and contact form users’ data, how to make enquiries and how to exercise your rights.

This page does not describe all procedures for client and case files. When a service is agreed, an additional notice may be required for the particular matter and communication channel. For data enquiries, email info@rekazalnizam.com and use “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

Data Provided Through Contact Forms

The contact form includes your full name, mobile number, email address, required service, a brief description of your needs and consent to use your details to respond. The consultation form also includes the service category and whether you apply as an individual or a business. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. You may use our direct contact channels if you prefer not to complete the form.

The form does not request an identity number, payment details or document uploads. Provide only a general overview. Avoid confidential case details, sensitive health or financial information, or unnecessary information about others. If you provide another person’s data, ensure you have appropriate authority or a valid basis to do so.

Data Sources and Technical Information

Contact details come directly from you when you complete a form, email the firm or call us. Correspondence may include information you choose to add; we therefore recommend sharing only what is necessary to begin the conversation.

The website’s servers and protection services may generate technical logs needed for operation, such as IP addresses, request times, browser types and error messages. Details depend on the hosting and services used. These records do not authorize unrelated uses or the collection of additional information without an appropriate basis.

Purposes and Basis of Processing

Form data is used to respond to your request, understand the required service and organize follow-up communication. Technical data supports website operation, fault diagnosis and the reduction of automated spam and misuse.

The communication you approve in the form relies on that consent. If a service relationship arises or a legal obligation applies, necessary processing may rely on the appropriate basis for that situation. Consent to a response is not consent to publish your data or send marketing campaigns. Any different use requires an appropriate explanation and basis.

Storage of Requests and Access

The current form configuration stores requests in the website database through Elementor and sends an email notification to the firm’s address. Submitting a form does not by itself prove delivery of the email or that review of the request has begun. For urgent matters, confirm through direct contact.

Data is handled by those who need it for the request and by operational providers, such as hosting and email services, to the extent necessary. Disclosure to a competent authority may be required by law or a binding request. Submission does not authorize the sale of data or its publication to the public.

Hosting and Transfers Outside Saudi Arabia

The website uses hosting and email services. Processing locations may vary with the provider and its configuration. This page does not confirm that all data is stored within Saudi Arabia. You may ask the firm about processing locations and the parties involved.

Any transfer of data outside Saudi Arabia must observe the relevant legal requirements and appropriate safeguards. Selecting a provider or including an external link does not remove these requirements. Consent to communication alone is not unrestricted consent to any transfer or processing.

Retention and the End of the Need

Retention is linked to the purpose of communication, the need to follow up the request and any resulting legal or professional obligations. An initial enquiry may require a different period from an agreed service file. We do not specify one period that may be unsuitable for all circumstances.

When data is no longer needed and no legal reason for retention remains, it should be destroyed or identifying information removed appropriately. Review includes copies held on the website, in email and in associated backups, in accordance with operational arrangements. You may request clarification of the period applicable to your request or request destruction, subject to legal exceptions.

Your Data Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, your rights include knowing how your data is used, requesting access and a copy, requesting correction, completion or updating, requesting destruction of data no longer needed, and withdrawing consent where processing relies on it.

These rights are exercised subject to the law’s conditions and exceptions. Retention or processing may continue to meet an existing legal obligation. Withdrawal of consent does not automatically invalidate earlier lawful processing. You can consult SDAIA’s information on data subject rights for official guidance.

How to Make a Request or Complaint

Email info@rekazalnizam.com, identifying the right you wish to exercise, the contact channel you used and only the details necessary to identify the request. Do not initially send an identity document or sensitive data. We may request appropriate, proportionate verification before providing or changing data.

Requests are reviewed according to the applicable procedures and legal time limits. We explain any further requirements or the reason a legal exception prevents a response. If you cannot exercise your rights or believe there is a violation, you retain the right to complain to the competent authority through the National Data Governance Platform.

Cookies and External Services

WordPress and operational services may use cookies necessary for sessions, login or protection functions. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may affect some functions.

This policy does not assume undisclosed advertising or analytics tools exist. If optional tools are added to collect data for new purposes, they must be explained and appropriate consent choices provided before activation. When you open a map, external link or another communication app, that provider’s policy applies to data you give it.

Data Care and Communication Channels

The website uses HTTPS to encrypt transfer between the browser and the website. Data protection also requires appropriate access management, maintenance and operational providers. No absolute guarantee against technical risks can be given.

Use the form only for an initial summary and agree an appropriate channel with us before sending documents or sensitive details. If an incident affects data, the measures and notifications required by law are taken as applicable, without prejudice to data subjects’ rights.

Children's Data and Updates

The website introduces legal services and accepts contact requests. It does not provide a form specifically to collect children’s data. If your request concerns a minor or someone you represent, contact us in your authorized capacity and provide only necessary information, taking account of guardianship and legal representation requirements.

This policy may be updated when website functions or processing procedures change. The latest update date appears above. Any material change to the purposes of data use requires an appropriate explanation and basis; changing the wording alone does not permit overriding consent or legal rights.

Contact Channels

For enquiries about your data or this policy, contact Rekaz Al Nizam Law Firm and Legal Consultancy. State that the matter concerns privacy so it can be directed appropriately, and avoid publishing your data in a public comment or message.
